Hey /fa/, I recently tried on some girl's running shorts, the spandex short shorts that they wear for volleyball and such, and I realized that they were a million times more comfortable than anything I've worn, as a guy, for running and jogging.

Why is it that these clothes are frowned upon for guys? They're super comfy, they keep my parts in place, and in general are just great for running. Is it because it shows off too much of my thighs or something? What gives?

I'm somewhat on the same page as OP I like the girl's shorts but unless I'm running at home then I don't wear them and swap them out for the guy's pair.

i have a pair of girl shirts I was given as a gag gift (I wear short shorts when running or anything in the summer) and they had the spandex layer in the inside, comfiest item of clothing I own.
