There's a difference between poorly fitting pants and intentionally oversized. Most people posting suit pics here are aiming for a traditional Western suit cut, which is slim and form fitting. Baggy pants do not look good with that. Certain Japanese designers like Yohji Yamamoto have played off of the Western suit design and made something new with an oversized silhouette. This is intentional and looks interesting when done right.
