How do Trainerendors size?

I have a pair of generic Nike low sneakers in size 10 and some Free- somethings in size 9. Should I go a 9.5 to be safe?

I can't try them on and will be ordering online.

they're p much exactly TTS. i always go with US 10 in my other sneakers like vans, converse, other nikes, etc. and the trainerendors are like impeccably perfectly sized to my feet
