I know this is probably just a joke thread and OP is just being mirthful, but there's always at least one active thread were people are asking the internet about what they should enjoy in order to appear "cultured." If you enjoy Michael Bay summer blockbusters and Counting Crows, then you enjoy them, and there's not much you can do about it. Enjoying those things doesn't make you as unlikeable as constantly searching for things to pretend to like in order to be cool.
