I think this is a grail from the Yami-Ichi black market.

I feel like it would not be mistaken as a shitty bootleg just for the fact that it is so far out there; even bootleggers would not try to pass something this shitty off as the "real deal". And besides, people would probably be interested in it even if they did assume it was a shitty bootleg, so it's kind of a win-win.

In the article I think they mentioned something about the Arduino project being open-source if you have a spare electronic sewing machine lying around.

Full outfits are tricky because I'm just dumping stuff from one designer's tumblr who does glitch stuff. Pic related might be the closest one will get to a whole outfit of glitchy stuff, but it sounds like you were looking for tamer stuff with small glitches scattered here and there, which I would also be interested in seeing.
