I guess this would be as good as time as ever but someone had posted pic related fromhttp://wetstorejp.bigcartel.com/ and said that he received it within 30 days of ordering it. So I bought the same one. It's been 35 days and nothing. My main issue is that I haven't gotten a conformation from the website even though my bank account says I've withdraw the money. I'm giving it till the 45 days that paypal recommend before asking for my money back. So I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this and I should have gotten some email from them.

The way I do it is if I don't get a confirmation in a week I shoot them an email. If they don't respond to that email then I contact paypal. If they haven't sent you anything in 30 days you should just contact paypal.

i made a bullshit fb and messaged them after like 30 days and asked if my shit shipped or not and their response time was terrible and eventually they stopped responding

so like 5 days after that i messaged something like "what the fuck can you just fucking respond to me i've been waiting for more than a month and i just want to know if you shipped my order or not because money is taken out of my account"

they responded immediately apologizing and told me everything i need and i got it like 2 weeks later lol

i would give it 2 months before u report anything
