how do I into different colored pants? I usually wear khakis or good blue denim but I want to mix it up. ps I'm /fit/ so stuff like H&M won't fit me quads

>> No.7814337

>I'm /fit/
sorry douchebag but /fit/ and /fa/ don't mix together.

go back to wearing your baggy jeans and polo shirts with your popped collars

>> No.7814361

Read the goddamn sticky.
Also Black jeans are good. Unless you want to go full prep, or, god know why, frat, stay away from nantucket red and shit like that. If you are black you might be able to make bright primary colors work, but i'm guessing you are not.

Try starting with some levi's 513/508 to fit your quads. Also Look at some good raw denim, If you have big quads you can actually make a good amount of that repro stuff japanese denim brands do look really good.

Texture is just as important as color imo, so consider looking at cords or some such for more variety.

Really though, read the sticky.

If you are very muscular all the way through, you can make workwear look much better than it does on us skellingtons.

Don't do this.

I just realized how new you are so here are some absolute basics:

The stuff I put in parenthesis won't matter much to you for now so don't worry about it.

Slim but not skin tight is good (when starting).

Logos/graphics are generally bad (unless you are doing streetwear, or pre 2005 raf I guess)

Don't wear polos, you look like a douchbag, just don't.

Sneakers with to many colors/over design look stupid for the most part. Stick with simple stuff (Converse are great for this).

Mall clothing is not high quality. Really. What you previously considered as pricey is crap quality for the most part.

The way clothing Fits is the most important part. Length of a garment, baggy vs slim, shoulder seem, and so on, please read the sticky for more on this.

people that take board culture too seriously are gross

>> No.7814397

indigo, maybe a stonewash pair, and black are all you need denim-wise

olive, navy, and khaki chinos are versatile too

there's gray wool trousers, printed trousers in all kinds of colors, sweats in black, melange grey..

you want slim-tapered fits

I don't like black. I love cords and stuff like that, will look into different colors. I have nantucket red and various "prep/frat" color shorts and those were the kind of pants I was trying to move up to...but yeah, thanks man I'll look at those levis

I dislike how /fit/ has become synonymous with big legs. Plenty of athletes out there with effay proportions. Anyways you're gonna want to stick to dark colors since lighter ones will make your proportions look worse.

I'm literally disgusted and repulsed when I see a guy with twig legs who obviously never squats in his life I can't help but imagine that they're going to snap at any given second like some frail old man, bone extruding through their flesh.
