I intend to lose fat, but I don't actually want to be smaller because I don't want to have to buy a completely new wardrobe. I just want to have less body fat so that my body is shaped better and my clothes have a more aesthetic drape on my contours. I still want to be a medium and waist-size 30, though.

The way I understand it, I can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Anybody have any tips for losing fat and staying the same size, then?

Only thing I can think of is focusing on losing weight first, and then when I've lost enough fat, bringing my calorie intake back up near where it was before I started dieting and exercising (but of course with healthier sources of calories this time), and doing weight training to turn those calories into muscle rather than fat. But then there will be this brief period where all my clothing is too big.

I wanna be lean muscle... the sort of muscle where nobody knows you're muscly, you just look like a skinny dude... but where I can beat skinny and fat and skinny-fat people at arm wrestles if they ever decide to arm wrestle me.

Now that I know what these are, I can for sure say I am in search of something different.

I was chilling at a Cafe and this guy who walked in was wearing a pair of what appeared to be cargos. However, upon further inspection they looked to be almost dress slacks they were so crisp. Like freshly ironed. The distinguishing factor of them looking like cargos was high up, about hip height, were too large pockets identical to the Levis.
