i have it too (albeit way way way less) and I knew 2 other people at my high school who had it. If the person is tall and skinny they'll usually have it. I don't have marfan syndrome but it is a common sympton.

I have this, doesn't bother me even mildly... Rarely people comment on it for example if I'm swimming, but I am SOOO okay with it that it just doesn't even bother me... Just like "yeah... it does that..."

Only thing I dislike is the feeling that it might be compressing my lungs etc. Also makes me less motivated to work out as I can't ever have an amazing body.
