I'm traveling to Sweden for work and my wardrobe needs some work. Can someone help me find some affordable, business-casual options for:

Non-iron button up shirts: ironing is a pain in the dick.

Shoes that are compatible with winter, a professional setting. I'd go for boots, but most of them lace very high and would suck to have to go through security with.

Bonus points for a jacket. I know something like a parka would be best, but it will be bulky and annoying. I'd rather layer.

Part of it is my wardrobe needs updating. I wear boots daily due to the nature of my job, but they aren't really great for air travel and being my only pair of shoes.
