So i like the way shirts look with the top button done, but it gets uncomfortable. How do people deal with it? Its relevant in style but does your average fashion oriented person do it whenever the wear shirts?

I used to but I have a huge Adam's apple & everyone says it looks like I'm choking so I stopped

None of mine really are tight enough to be uncomfortable with it done up, buy bigger/more casual shirts or just have it open

I always button it when wearing a russian or slim collar shirt, but leave it undone on spreads and semi spreads. I have a pretty thin neck though, so it's not a problem for me – but I get that it can be uncomfortable.

top button when you think necessary, in casual situations top button isnt needed
