I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Rub coconut oil into my hair for 2~ hours once every 2 weeks. Improves colour, makes hair softer and adds a healthy bit a shine (not too much). Girls always mirin my hair.
I used to do no poo (Maybe once every 1-2 months) but starting shampooing every 2 weeks after coconut oil treatment. My hair has never been better.

Rub Castor oil into my eyebrows before bed. Makes eyebrows thicker and darkens them (strong eyebrow game)

I use less than pea sized amount of american crew pomade and just slick it through my hair, usually slicking it back. Don't really care since its usually pretty windy so I just let my hair do its thing most of the time.

No makeup (I'm a dude)

Seems like a lot but it's become routine and it really doesn't take long to do everything.

Get one of those sets of electric clippers you use for shaving your head. Use the smallest setting for the shortest hair. Use this on whatever excess body hair you have.
