How muscley can one get before they can't be effay anymore?

>> No.7732583

>>7732536
I don't know anon, effay is a vague concept that no one has yet to define. From what I've seen on this board people who are exceptionally chiseled are criticized for minor things and people who are emaciated are mocked for being so thin.

If what you mean by effay is "what /fa/ thinks is best/acceptable" then the answer is everything and nothing. You should get to a size you're comfortable with and that you feel confident at.

Not much else that needs to be said. Some clothes will look better on bulk, some less, up to you to find that out cause everyone here is phobic of it.

Pretty much this. /fit/ would flip a shit, but imo ottermode is the ideal /fa/ body. You're still pretty skinny with defined muscles, just right to look either clothed or not.

Honestly this is right after a workout so they are smaller usually, also i am flexing which makes them look bigger. That being said it is difficult to find pants that fit "perfect". My "true" pant size is a 31W,32L at 5'11 and my weight fluctuates between 170-180. Most, if not all raws do not fit because of too small of thighs at 31w

fuck that.
take a bio/evo course. or just read wikipedia... i kinda get buttfrustrated when this pic is posted as goat [because goddamnit it IS]...
but, i mean: human beings have been developed to literally run a half marathon every morning (what is upright bipedal locomotion) ON a fucking #Paleodiet (what is the Paleolithic era/what are foods hunter gatherers ate at that time...).... why should anybody regard this as anything other than what a human being just Should look like...?

who are you and why don't you look like this? i guess that's my thesis. and i defy you to answer me with a single thing that is not an individual fault of your own...

>>7732765

>Dedication. Are you on a strict paleo diet, run half a marathon every morning, and make millions playing the world's most popular sport?

perhaps i was not clear in my post: what i was saying is that that body really shouldn't be something spectacular among human beings.

now i do know this sounds radical - and i assure you: i'm not trying to sound like some armchair psychologist-neckbeard autist here. i'm being completely genuine.

what i'm saying is that, based on the evolutionary traits and diets (i.e.: human structure AND the/slight variants of hunter/gatherer, or paleolithic diet [see #paleo diet]) developed over the last several millinea in tandem w/the evolution of homo sapiens - a human being should be able to run several miles on end every day, on a 'paleo diet', and the results should look like this.

you should be doing it. i should be doing it. mcdonalds is healthy for nobody and a lot more people, pretty much everybody, should look a lot more like Cavani here...

i'm not saying he's not spectacular for doing what he does, i'm just saying: 'in general' we should all feel a lot worse for not doing what he's doing, seeing as were' all (evolutionarily) supposed to do that SAME shit...

There are some scans floating around from back in the day, supposedly taken out of his own diary/journal.

You got to remember that he trained for fighting, so his routine was mostly just figuring out a high enough weight to lift for maximum resistance, without getting bigger than what he wanted to be.

Honestly brah, just keep working out.. I have been lifting for 4 years, tried probably 20+ programs and workouts. But I have never stopped. Never more than a week or two off every year usually from being sick or vacation. Never dieted just eat till I'm full, sometimes more. Just remember, some people are not genetically made to look like Greek gods. Luckily I am.
