I'm in the market for a pair of boots but the problem is that I'm on a tight budget. Could anyone recommend an affordable pair of boots ($150 is highest I can go give or take $10) that goes with everything and is great for everyday wear? I don't want a pair of boots that look too clunky for normal wear.

I'll second this, but I'd go for the Made in England ones. They use a nicer kind of leather, and they use stricter tolerances in quality. You can sometimes find MiE Docs for sale.
