does anyone know what exact model of docs these are in the pic? i know they're 1461 but are they black smooth, blackout, made in england or somehting else?

Some anon here painted the soles of their 1461s black using acrylic. It looks pretty much the same as the mono but I assume the paint would flake off pretty quickly.

To be honest the "clear" sole isn't really that apparent anyway, especially after some use.

what about the doc marten 1461 3 tie shoe in black smooth.
