Well, yes and no on that first part. There is a really shitty part of Kelowna called Rutland. It is filled with some of the worst trailer trash you can imagine, a huge city section of kids and teenagers who are convinced they are the greatest thugs ever that go around doing obnoxious hoodrat shit from stealing to randomly beating people up all over the place. Lots of vandalism in the city

As far as qt's go, there are some, just try to find out first if they're from rutland and if they are stay the fuck away unless you want every std you can think of.

I wouldn't say it's a party school, but there is a fair amount of smugness that is prevalent in the attitude of the school as well.
