How do I know my jeans fit well? I can look at a photo and distinguish between a good and a bad fit, but find it hard to do for myself. How tight should they be when I first try them on? How long should they be? (This is the one I have a problem with the most).

Also, I currently only have a pair of NBs and some Air Force Ones I don't like. What should I get in addition? I was thinking of some Air Maxs but didn't know a) what variation b) what colour to get. Any alternative suggestions would be gr8 too. Thanks lads

The pair I'm wearing right now (red label 501's that cost me ~8$) I couldn't button the top button on and were actually slightly painful to wear at first, but they fit extremely well and comfortably right now.

Skinny are good but get them in your normal waist/leg fit because they don't stretch at all. The stretch skinnys are great if you're a skinny build get your usual waist size and if you can get longer length for stacks. Spray on are awful imo, same with any other brands super skinny.

I CAN'T FUCKING STYLE MY HAIR FOR SHIT

Every time I try it just looks greasy and like I haven't stepped into a shower in weeks.

I'm trying to get a textured fringe. Any time I try it looks nothing like how I want it to. This is the video I'm following.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=PXZxaUqwda4#t=107

It looks so pieced. My hair always looks more solid.

There's some hidden part of it that I'm totally not picking up on at all.

This is my arsenal. Is it the products? Do I just need to invest in better products? As much as I'd like to blame it on the fact that I have no good products, I'm more inclined to say it's because of my technique.

Boat shoes are...well...they're kind of vanilla. Even though they're more stylized than something like a basic sneaker, the connotations and stuff load it up. That said, there are plenty of specific iterations (Sperry x Band of Outsiders, Quoddy, Yuketen, etc.) that make genuinely interesting and well-crafted boat shoes that don't have the blandness that you find in most generic models.

As for being buff (or not), it's all about proportion. If you're super broad, then don't wear things that make you more broad. If your arms are super big, I wouldn't say avoid slim sleeves, but don't do anything extra to draw attention to it. Just keep things balanced so that your best attributes are highlighted, but not exaggerated.

And I don't know where this cardigan talk is coming from. I'd say David Gandy's a pretty buff dude and...well...

Not the same as what's in that photo. The jersey on that tee is very light and the cut itself takes advantage of its drape with a slightly tapered sleeve, slightly dropped shoulder, and wide armhole to create that specific volume. So my Acne jeans have some stains on them. They're aren't huge but I'm wondering if I should get them dry cleaned or wash them.

They're black and don't stink

Where to cop quality hemp clothing? specifically, slim plain tees and maybe slim or skinny twill-type pants for summer.

I like hemp feels a lot more than cotton or synthetics. I owned a hemp tee and it was incredibly cozy.

Before I cop flyknit racers, I would like to know how they fit. Some say that they are true to size, and some say that they fit like a glove and to go up half a size.

Thoughts from anybody who owns a pair?

idk if i like either of those jackets.
the grey is not going to work since it is lighter than the T and the green is out of the pallet color.
try to find something darker than the T in a dust color slightly darker than the pants.

Help me /fa/

Just landed my first "real" job. I have to wear formal biz attire at all times. casual friday means jeans and blazer, tie optional but recommended.

How can I conform to these standards and still look fresh to death?

Does this tops warrant its own thread?

I make $6,500 USD/month, before commission, so I can't afford to buy super expensive stuff.
