Those two are top notch brands for Prep, so really no. But there are plenty of alternatives. Especially for some items, you'd be better off getting stuff elsewhere...I'm talking if you need slimmer fits and don't wanna wear parachute OCBDs.

How skelly are you if extra slim red fleece is too big? I've bought a shirt and jacket from them and they fit pretty well. I'll probably get darts and shorten the sleeves for the shirt and that's about it.

mainline is usually baggy, although their shirts have pretty good fundamentals (consistent shoulder sizing, okay fabric, good finishing), so if you know someone who does alterations cheap by all means go ahead and cop

I smell a hater. Really though, I'm not surprised at this type of conjecture because looks are subjective. Some see goofninja as stupid, while others see it as the only way to live with sikkkkkk layering. I'm sure that there was a group of people that made fun of your looks as well. I live 20 minutes up 206 from Princeton and am in that town often, and it always seems weird that a lot of people there are dressed poorly. Plenty of decent fits in Princeton, but also a lot of shit.
