Let's talk about some black jeans.

I'm pretty new to /fa so I figured I need a pair of black jeans to start basic.

I've been trying to get some Cheap Mondays for the past week, but they've been out of my size and I don't know when they'll restock.

I sort of want to just get the Acne Ace Cash, but I'm worried on how they'll fit.

I'm 5'9 (short)
120lbs
29x30

Can anyone help me out?

Or just post some black Jeans fits.

Either way.

Aces are very flattering

try the measuring tool on Acne's website, perhaps?

there are detail measurements on the endclothing website.
Right now I'm thinking of the n&f ssg black stretch but the low rise is putting me off. The denim looks amazing though.

I recently bought a pair of black jeans from Scotch n Soda (40% off christmas sale) and they are currently my favorite jeans. They are kinda pricey but definitely worth it

You should try to handle a pair of acne in a store before you buy them if possible

the fabric is quite thin and personally I thought it felt cheap and somewhat flimsy (in comparison to a 10,25oz nudie black ring)

I didn't compare the construction that extensively

also I'd never buy acne at retail price

but APC don't have black/black denim
I really dig their fits though

Anything with a raw hem will typically come with a 34 or 36 inch inseam. When you see a pair of jeans with only one dimension in the measurement(like 30" instead of 30" x 32") it probably means all inseams are standardized with extra length and customers are expected to get them hemmed.

Raws are often sold like this. Plenty of higher end brands do it as well.

Try 32x34 with a belt. I always have to wear one because my waist can fit in a 30 inch pair but then the calves are always too tight.

Why does this get posted all the time? It's a basic fit with no redeeming qualities at all. Sure it looks decent but it's hardly interesting. Although this is a thread about black jeans with the OP requesting inspo for the aforementioned so that says it all really.

Which is fine for those just getting into fashion like the majority of /fa/
