What does /fa/ think of cuffing tee sleeves?

I work in a cafe and have to wear all black, so I normally do this with my sleeves.

people where I am (South West England) do it all the time. And I mean even the guys that wear superdry and go to Oceana. They all do it and it looks like shit. If your shirt arm flairs out just tailor it.
