dinner will be chili and i'll eat as much as I feel like because this is my routine everyday for the last 2 months, Eat maybe 100(a banana) calories only until dinner than eat whatever I feel like it for dinner. It's worked wonderfully, and is super easy to do. I went from 205 to currently 177
