Are there any guides on how to dress nicely and look like a normalfag in their 20s

It's all about context man. You need to see what people around you are wearing (bus casual at work? jeans and t-shirts?, gym gear?) and select items that fit your body in a flattering way and have a color palette that matches your hair and complexion. If you get dressed by an internet forum, the looks that are the most visually interesting are most likely not going to be well regarded in your social circles and you will stick out as a "try hard". If you post up some pics of what people are wearing around you, maybe someone can upload some inspo in that style for you.

Not that guy but seriously, you should invest in smaller shoes with a lower sole, less V-shaped pants, and pants that end a bit lower (they should end just above your ankles). Also, no socks is for depressed 30-somethings with hipster beards ~3 years ago. If you want to wear pants ending high up, invest in some good looking dress socks with some nice pattern to them that end really far up so you never see skin.
