You mean like flash sale sites? East Dane is fulfilled by Amazon and gets two-day shipping with Prime. Jackthreads is a good one if you're into streetwear, Tobi used to have menswear (but it looks like they no longer carry it), Of a Kind has an interesting practice where they showcase new designers by making products with a limited run (as in some items are "100 of a kind"), Rue La La works pretty well, ssense is pretty good if you're into designer work (even theoretically, it's a fun browsing/shopping exercise), and Yoox has really good discounts when the mood strikes them.
