I like the style of COS. What other brands are like it but of higher quality?

>> No.7543755

probably acne, apc, possibly our legacy, rag & bone and reigning chimp
idk i'm just spouting brands off the top of my head
oh and some of american apparel

>> No.7543760

how much money do you wanna spend?

most minimal high fashion brand have a similar style and higher quality.

>> No.7543766

>>7543760

Abstractly put:

If high fashion is 10

And COS is 1

somewhere around 4-5

acne and apc's quality is not better than cos. don't let them tell you otherwise. there other ones you mentioned except for aa are much better.

The one time I ordered something from COS they sent it faster after I had complained via mail. Good luck anon.

a gradient jumper(lol yeh another one) and some grey shirt.

>> No.7543875

>>7543841
I'd say it depends on the product. Acne's and APC's jeans aren't much better than COS jeans, but their knitwear and anything with leather is definitely better. Acne is still horribly overpriced, though.

>> No.7543878

COS uses cheap materials. Their tshirts never last longer than 4 months for me.

you?

>> No.7543885

>>7543841
Nah, Acne quality is not exactly great value because theyre so expensive but from what I've handled so far theyre still better than Cos. Cant speak about APC because I never owned or even touched anything by them.

just a towelling sweatshirt and a grey t shirt, still trying to find which t shirts fit best on me

I like how you put it,
not really my price range but ill drop what comes to mind,

a lot of swedish brands are kinda similar too cos(swedish minimalism is a thing)

acne(more bold)
apc
j. lindeberg(more tailored and sporty looks)
filippa k(more tailored)
velour
sandqvist for bags maybe
basics from t by wang and jil sander maybe(too expensive?)

>> No.7543897

Apparently their delivery system is terrible. I also had problems ordering from them. Good thing they always offer shipping when you complain and in my case, they gave 5% discount.

the grey one with the subtle pattern. Cba to post link from phone but its one of only two gradient jumpers on the site.

in my experience, uniqlo and american apparel make cheap, quality stuff, at least for the price range
for cheap jeans probably cheap monday

>>7543892
thats odd, they're both owned by h&m's parent company

>> No.7543905

probably sweatshopmade clothes, if you dont value how clothes are produced.

>>7543841
main difference between acne and cos is probably that cos produces most of their shit in asia, while acne produce most in portugal/turkey.

cant say for apc, but people on this board value acne waay too high, the quality is decent but prices are hyped.

>> No.7543936

I wouldn't order from COS at all. Luckily there's a store in my city, because their sizing is fucked up. And don't buy any leather stuff from them.

>> No.7543932

>>7543904
Well I was talking about items double the price of those actually. In my understanding, quality includes cuts, materials, design too. So I would have put AA, H&M, Zara at the bottom of the decency curve, uniqlo slightly higher, but what would come next?

COS at sale prices?

Acne, Norse?

my gf wanted to buy some light blue acne jeans recently and there was a sticker on them that literally said "due to the treatment process of the garment, it might not last very long". what the fuck, they cost 200€

>> No.7543948

>>7543932
i like american apparel because they fit quite nicely
i'm not sure where cos lies in terms of correlation between price and quality
but above uniqlo probably entering reigning champ, our legacy, t by alexander wang, acne, apc, norse projects etc, enough to be considered expensive by ordinary people but pretty basic in terms of high fashion as such

>> No.7543949

>>7543904

esprit doesn't belong to h&m and cos, but the quality is comparable to cos.

It runs large, I'm an athletic 6'2" and small fits perfectly for me.

The fabric quality is good. The actual construction is decent-average.

I had to fix a very minor mis-sewn pocket that I didn't notice when I was buying it. not sure if this is indicative of the brand as a whole or just a one-off error.

I bought this coat from COS two years ago. Made in Portugal, still holds up well. You just need to handle the stuff in person first before buying imo.

Now I can only find them when I use the link and when I want to buy it I get an error :( Already send an email, they said it was sold out...
