Board, can a 5'7 guy be /fa while not being skinny? I'm having difficulties dressing up nice, to the point of not wearing low-heeled shoes for the insecurity and looks of it, can the board help me with some ideas? Any help is appreciated :)

Im 5'8 185, ive got some fat but also a lot of muscle as i am a football player (american) can any one suggest shirts or tops for me. I like drapey monochrome tops. Help me out pleasee. Heres a picture for reference, dont mind the fit was just running out for a haircut.
