I'm a girl but i look really androgynous, which is fine, but i think i just look like a teenage boy and i can't tell if guys are into me because i think they think im gay????? and all of my friends are guys??? im really shy and awkward too so that doesn't help

i'm fairly "hourglass"/i'm trying to lose weight (im not fat im like normal i think) so i can wear more fitting clothes or whatever and look cuter and i think i would be more "confident" or something lol

Well based on how you described yourself you seem like you LOOK like a lesbian. Well if you're trying to be more attractive to men the vast majority of them are more attracted to feminine women. Depends on your face but short hair can work, shoulder length or maybe a pixie cut if styled right. I'd still say longer hair looks universally better on women, atleast shoulder length. Lose weight if you need too, get some more feminine fits, find a style that works for you.
