Im really looking into buying a pair of Raf Velcros high tops in all black. Should I wait for the next season to drop? Or is there any place I can still buy these beauties. Used or new I dont care.

As a guy who actually copped them and sold them a while back, I wouldn't actually recommend the '13 velcros. The leather is so shiny that it looks almost patent. The shine is just too much and prompted me to returned them.
