/fa/ I need your help

My teeth are moving out of alignment and my orthodontist wants me to have major jaw surgery and then braces for two years to correct my teeth while also giving me dat jawline. Alternatively I could just do nothing and live with kinda wonky teeth for the rest of my life without having fuck ugly braces at the age of 20

What would /fa/ do?

get the braces, i didnt have the surgery but i have to have something much more painful and thats elastic bands that constantly pull on your teeth and cause me pain

also im a year into my treatment and my teeth are almost perfectly straight and i'll probably have mine taken off around the beginning of january

You shouldn't have to get your jaw resized if you get your teeth pulled but it might take longer.

You can also get ceramic braces that aren't as noticeable

I'd just get the braces
There's nothing more off putting then shitty teeth, plus having a perfect jaw will make you look way more attractive

In the long run it's the best option

You could try Invisalign for the braces. I've heard they're kinda shitty sometimes with food or something but from what I can tell, way less noticeable otherwise.

Im sort of in the same situation OP. Im 20 and have one of my front teeth at a bit of an angle, but it hasnt gotten any worse over the years so i think im gonna skip the braces

i'm 22, got ceramic braces two years ago
when i got them off this year, some folks asked "wait you had braces?"
go for em they arent that bad & some of my friends are 27 and say "i wanna get braces but i cant afford it"
you don't wanna live with that regret do you???
