Best way to describe DX:HR's aesthetic would be Neo-baroque. Which basically means the love-child of 17th century, late renaissance sensibilities with late 21st century utilitarianism.

Fancy techwear. Pieces with old (really old) fashioned styling but with modern materials, or vice-versa. Problem is, I personally don't know any designer who does anything even remotely similar.
