Searching for chukka boots under 150 dollars with a pretty wide/high sole. Leather is preferred to suede although not necessary. They should be quite slim and fit a smart casual attire.
Quality, at that price range, is of course irrelevant.

Any ideas? I made a thread yesterday but didn't get answers.

Clark's desert boots come in leather and are best in that price range.

I thought about making a new thread but I'll just hijack this one for a moment

I'm going on a date with a girl who likes prep, so I'll be wearing a simple shirt, burgundy chinos (both of those tailored) but I don't know what kind of shoes I could buy that would look formal enough to go with that attire but casual enough to be worn with jeans once in a while.

Price range is about the same as OP.

What cop?
