I use the walmart brand alternative to that one acne shit they advertise all the time on TV.
After shower I put cetaphil moisturizer on my face, if my face is still a little dry after that I put on colloidal oatmeal lotion.
I have very dry skin and that combo seems to work pretty dang good.
