band shirts are fine if they're actually /fa/, plain and simple. most band shirts should be steered clear from because it has tacky logos and the bands name plastered over it but some are tasteful and even good conversation pieces if someone asks you about it (tho ofc you shouldnt rely on a shirt to magically make you an interesting person)
