Keep it as it is. Platinum blonde or red would make it look trashy as hell, that's a look that's been beaten to shit by the plebs already. If you absolutely have to dye it, get paler, wear less clothes but more black (to have the white of your body contrast the black of your clothes) and dye it darker, maybe even black. You could do the same and dye it platinum blonde though (it just wouldn't have the same effect)

Blonde of any kind will require bleaching, platinum will take a ton of bleaching, and toning. Making hair that dark show up red will also take bleaching. Bleaching will fuck your hair up. You'll either get into a cycle of bleach dye cut bleach dye cut and just have shitty looking hair with endless upkeep, or you'll try to give up the cycle and just have shitty looking two toned hair. Don't do it. Dark is nice.
