I'm a girl and trust me, that dress is not classy. Skintight generally does not equate to classy. It's also flesh toned, giving it the appearance of being sheer, which is not classy. And the elastic band under the boobs just seals the deal. If you're looking for more casual, club wear then this is fine I suppose. Definitely wear a blazer if you would like it to look classy at all.
