So, I have terrible posture with my neck.
How am I supposed to fix this and be straighter? Like, maybe some type of exercise or something?

Keep your chin up and back a little (it will feel a little tight), chest out, shoulders back. Find a comfortable position for your head on your neck, instead of hanging off the front. Find the various comfortable positions for your lumbar area vertebrae.

Watch some John Wayne and Cary Grant films with an eye on the posture. Bodily act out hunchbacks and then act out heroes and feel the difference.

Reach behind and feel the angle, and self correct every time it is wrong. Collared shirts should be flush against it. Practice standing with your back against a wall or inside a doorframe and making contact in four places. Back of foot, top of buttocks meeting nape of back, top ridge on shoulder blade, (possibly a fifth spot at back of neck, vertebrae stick out more on some people), and finally your head.

Go slow and find what is comfortable posture-wise. Your muscles will ache a little as they get used to new static positions. If you feel inordinately sore relax and find a doc to give some simple advice on lower back posture. Maybe you have one in the family.

Exact same problem here. I try to stand correctly but I always forget after some time and go back to my shit posture unconsciously ;_;

Your neck looks too thin to support the weight of your head. Have you tried not having low T or perhaps doing something that isn't nothing?
