anyway I'm a basic bitch from /fit/ and I'm about 5lbs from abs now I went from skinnyfat at 185lbs to athletic at 185 and 12% bf and soon I'll be cut within 5-10lbs

Start focusing on body fat and not on weight. For all I know you have a 25" chest. Weight and height tells little without a bodyfat estimate.

Should be fairly obvious. Height is a bit of a factor but not that important. Mostly whether you have a more girly body or a manly one. This is me 10lbs heavier than I am now.
