Has anyone ever owned / tried on a pair of Diemme boots? They're made in Italy, the same company that produces shoes for Maison Martin Margiela, Chanel, Gucci, Bottega Veneta etc.

I quite like model pictured, they also come in Navy, £300.

man i been wanting a pair for a while now

They're alright, you have to dress bulky, or have small feet, or be tall to offset their size.

If you're a short guy, they look clownish.

can't really control how it gets fucked tho can you
just sorta hope it gets fucked in a good way
i guess similar with leather but leather has like a more natural wear i think
shit gets worn down naturally and then you have weather alterations on top
while i thnk suede just dies to weather not so much crease and shit
dunno tho i dont suede much

I don't know. Size 11 still looks pretty huge, I sometimes try and size down to 10.5 and hope they stretch out.

if it is a short grain it looks great on shoes when its worn, but if it can be combed it gets too much dirt and moisture. If you ever had a suede jacket with long fibers you know that it gets marked if you sit on it too long or you skip a dry clean after rain. That type of long fiber suede looks crappy on shoes because the wear and tears are not uniform and instead just get marks along creases and moisture exposure. The suede on these Diemme seems very short fibered and might even be treated with oils. This type of suede looks great with wear and the creases won't show much if at all. You should avoid black though. If you wonder how it will look when scuffed you can compare the hue or contrast in color on the shoe. From OP you can see the almost light brown contrast on parts where the suede goes in another direction than the parts that show a dark brown. The lightest brown will most likely be the color of the wears and tears your shoe will get.
