well I wear them a lot. I go a long time before washing any of my jeans. Im sure its around ten wears or something.
Its currently cold where I am and I wear jeans everyday. I don't like the idea of wearing the same pants everyday. So I wear my horrible fitting pants a lot. Im slowly buying more clothes so I don't have to do this in the future.

You could have as much jeans as you want, but if they're all pleb tier like generic levis (not LVC or LMC), acne, diesels, true religion (ishyddt) you still a fuccboi.

Although all clothes should follow this aspect, jeans are even more emphasized in that quality is way more important that quantity. All you need is around 3-4 pairs for different purposes that are good quality and you're straight.

For jeans, I have one pair of black Naked & Famous, a pair of grey obey denim, a pair of well faded raw indigo obey denim, and a fresh pair of raw indigo Naked & Famous

>> No.7066046

>>7066023

washing them regardless kind of ruins them though

i think a once a month wash is enough for non raws

>> No.7066108

>>7066046
Well there has to be a good balance between washing and not washing. Basically the rule of thumb is to wash when it starts to stink.

If not washed long enough the bacteria eats away at the thread fibers and weakens them, also dirt gets trapped in between the fibers and makes them more brittle. Whereas the process of washing too often can wear away the fibers as well, but nowhere as bad as most people think.

Different people have different lifestyles so each pair of denim can't be relegated to a point of time where a wash should be needed, but as far as durability and longevity goes, washing actually prolongs the life of denim (at least soaking).

A lot of people sometimes correlate the damage of their washing with the damage actually coming from machine drying. You should never machine dry high quality denim.
