pretty dumb thing to say. you will better understand how something came to be and the motivations behind it. my mother would probably prefer it if I wore a nice pair of trousers and a polo shirt rather than my monochrome fits, but does that mean I should give a fuck about her opinion? no, because she doesn't understand the motivation behind what I wear.

so yeah, until we can understand the aesthetic angle you are taking (which could easily be identified if you posted a fit), why should we give a fuck?

it's a shitty easy out to say "post a fit" but it does make sense.

lol don't want to insult you or anything but I don't think you get it. it doesn't make much sense for me to post a fit, because I'm not the one attacking anyone else's style. I was merely attacking the cooking analogy which has purely to do with logic/language.

but I do post fits occasionally. here is one. let me guess? you find faults in my outfit :)

most companies that make cropped trousers are pretty damn expensive. find any slim trousers from a thrift store or wherever else then pay $10-$25 to get them cropped. best option imo.

I just went through all the shirts on acne's website, and there isnt a single seersucker shirt. OP's pic is obvi white-on-white seersucker. I may have missed something, but I don't think that's acne. or if it is it's an old season.

and if you're going to call me an idiot please link the shirt. I am fine with being wrong; I just don't see any seersucker shirts on their website... and OP's fabric is def seersucker
