What kind of pants does he use? Are they just normal dress pants with a satin sheen?

What length should I tailor them?

He also seems to use the same pair of pants with multiple shoes of different heights and they all sit perfectly on top of them or in them. Is he using different pants for each shoe or does he have like velcros on the inseams that enable his pants to have an adjustable height when folded in?
