You're not supposed to just let your hair be for weeks at a time you doofus.

You go a few days over your "limit" (the point where your hair gets dandruff/oily/both) and then shampoo. Keep this up, and it will take longer for your "limit" to be reached. It's not that hard to grasp, fuccbois.

This, every vacation when I am in the middle of nowhere, I only get to wash my hair about once every 4 days. After a few times it just takes that long to get annoyingly oily. If I wash it every day I go to bed with oily hair. It takes some time to "stabilise" though.

Sulfate free isnt super important unless you have curly or colored hair. Doesnt hurt to try and see what works for you though

You can let it dry naturally but the reason why youd use a microfibre towel is if you have curly/thick hair in order to not create frizz, in which case air drying could take fucking forever. Also worth noting that you should try to use the blow dryer on a lower setting until your comfortable with it sense its very easy to create too much frizz.

When using coconut oil most people will apply to hair and let it sit for a couple of hours at least, some people let it sit over night. It takes a little while for it to soak into your hair but once thats done you wash it out normally.

I haven't washed my hair in over a year and I get compliments on my hair all the time. I have naturally thick brown hair and it feels fine. All I do is wash it with water, brush it so it doesn't get tangled(because it's so thick), and let it air dry.

I run my hands through my hair a lot too throughout to keep its shape too. Tends to add a 'natural' look to opposed to it looking brushed. Sometimes I use American Crew fiber for hold.

If this thread is still alive when I get home i'll post a picture.

alright so basically to get jamies hair you must let your whole hair be one big layer, the sides and back of your hair will be the longest and the same lenght the sides of your hair should be a bit below the ear lobe, this seems long and it is but if you come back like jaimie it looks good and groomed, the front of your hair is the shortest part, your bangs should come down to about half way to your eye level, when combed down, once you have the dimensions correct wet your hair completely put about two 3-4 marble sized portions of Crew pomade on your hand and rubbed on your hand and then rub it all over your hair, once this is done get a comb and slick it back completely, let your hair dry for an hour, after your hair is dried style it like jaimie, This is how I do it but if you already straight hair then you probably dont need to do so much work like me , because my is wavey without crew product

A seamless comb is carved out of a single piece, i.e. not from a mold, i.e. there ain't a sharp edge running through the middle of every single tooth, something that causes noticeable damage to your hair.

I wanted to start no poo, to lower my hair volume, because it started getting dry about 2 months ago. No idea why... Same shampoo, same everything...
>Started reading stuff about no poo
>Every place tells you to do something different:
>Use sodium bicabornate
>Use apple cider vinegar
>Use shampoo, but only once a week
>Use only conditioner
>Don't use anything at all
>Warm water
>Cold water
Is there a consensus about this stuff, or you guys really just experiment untill you find what works for you?
Because it would take more than a year to experiment with all those options, since you have to give your hair a month or so to get used to your new habits...
