ITT you post the style you're aiming for, inspo and whatnot, and we help you figure it out

I'll start. I'm aiming at an all black or at least mostly dark wardrobe with slim fits both for jeans and tops. Nothing gimmicky at all, no useless pockets or zippers, just plain black, slim fitting sweater, jeans, sneakers. I know it sounds easy to find but I've searched and haven't been able to find any clothes which are just black, slim, with no unnecessary branding or details and a good build quality.

Budget is irrelevant for now.

Pic related is NOT what I'm aiming for, to make things clear: I don't want drapey stuff, no unnecessary leather or details as I said. Just very understated stuff. I'll try to find more inspo so you can understand.

Gotcha.

For jeans try ACNE ace cash or, if those are too skinny for you, ACNE max cash. Both of these are very simple, fit exceedingly well, and have good construction quality.

For t-shirts, ACNE is also an option for basics, but I would recommend T by Alexander Wang. Both have good fit and quality, I just like the feel of Alexander Wang's more. People will also mention James Perse, but I have no experience in that regard.

For shoes, you really can't beat Common Projects Achilles Low in terms of construction quality, comfort, longevity, and ability to be worn in almost any situation. 400 is a bit much though, find these on sale.

There's an overview for you. This is pretty much what I wear everyday.

I'm searching for slim fits, so I don't know if the space at the shoulders and hips would fit me well if I bought ACNE or Wang tees.

All the houses you mentioned are known for making extremely well build and high quality clothes, but I'm not sure if they're all comfy as shit tbh.
Kiton, for instance, makes quite shitty jeans in terms of comfort.

If the guy wants absolute comfort and baggy stuff I'd recommend The Elder Statesman without hesitation.

to achieve the highest comfort level you really need to try out the clothes, or just buy everything elasticated.

I'd recommend some long sleeved RO/DD shirt with a layer above that heats you to the correct level (cashmere for fall/winter, high quality cotton/cashmere blends during s/s). hoodies if you like to encase yourself. cashmere socks or slippers for feet.

I like the effortlessness of the greaser look. Pull on a t-shirt, shrug on jacket, pull on some jeans, pull on laceless boots. Sprezzatura up the the gills, man.
But I have dadcore tastes when it comes to individual pieces of clothes. Maybe I could look like I didn't give a shit a few decades ago, before ubiquitous jeans, tracksuits and sweatpants, but now I'm obviously a careful dresser. I'm not sure what to do.

I'm in the same boat. I just throw my pair of raw APC's petit standards, a black tee, and my margelia army trainers. It's not really effortless in my opinion because of the colors. My jeans are hella faded and my shoes are kinda dingy which looks cool as fuck, but it's still not to my liking.

In my opinion minimalist which is the look you're going for demands black, gray, and white. Without those colors you don't have the look. So in terms of pickups I was gong to cop

-Aprill77 or APC jeans skinny fit
-common projects or national standard all black sneakers
-probably some plain black slim fitting hoodies and plain color tees (white, gray, and black.
