my bf has some really awful, cheap tattoos from drunken shenanigans, and i'd love it if he'd get a stripe down one side of his back and a black cuff on one arm to cover them up, but alas, he thinks he'll be able to cover them some larger, more intricate graphics

I got a tattoo on my shoulder on my 18th birthday, and it isn't as good as i would like it to be. the design is good but fading on the colors is pretty bad. I'm thinking about just getting someone to go all black around the shoulder with a design where the black cuts off, and doing it to both shoulders. Kind of like Tim Commerford, just not have it go to the chest and not so far down the arm.

I found a couple of constellation tattoos but they just look like oddly placed freckles. I think they would look much better with a really thin line outlining the constellation. I like the idea of it quite a lot

Hey that's my tattoo!

Well for me it's personal. For once, I live in Scandinavia and the deer respresent my mother and the two roses respresents her children.
It's always been me, my sister and my mother growing up so I wanted to do something nice for our time together.
I did this tattoo while my mother was sick and to always keep with me her strength and the feeling that my family will always be close nomatter where I am in life.

The diamond represents the life that we have together and how we should cherish it.

Some other background, my grandfather (whom I saw as my father) had antlers in his home which I've grown fond of ever since I was a kid and I've always loved the northern nature. Hope this helps.
