Around that range, I'd say stuff like Reigning Champ, T by Alexander Wang (some pieces or on sale), OAK's not half bad for a more modern fit that's simpler in style/fabric, and SLVR if you're after something more athletic/sleek. Robert Geller usually only does one hoodie a season in Seconds, but they're also really great for something simple, but with lots of detail.

I grabbed the gray hoodie they had on sale for $13 because it was cheap, I like it. I think it has pretty decent construction, at least for the price I got it at. I wish I could compare it to a uniqlo one but I don't have one to compare. People seem to like the uniqlo ones, I doubt the f&o ones are that much better; the price is probably better for the uniqlo one. If its cheap go for it.
