To be honest, I don't know. I'm working on it. What i've found, though, is to thin your hair, use volumizing products, and use pomade. Now, the day of pomade use will look slick and shiny, thats cool. But the next day. HOLY. SHIT. NEXT DAY THINNED POMADE HAIR IS THE GOD DAMN TITS.

All the ladies love it.

That's all I know so far.

What's up with this "use shampoo once or twice per week" rule?? First off, going more than two days without cleaning your scalp lets the dead skin and the oils and dirt to build up... It also makes hair look really greasy and feel gross. Americans are weird.

So I'm extremely un /fa/ and have come here to ask one question: is it okay to go out in public looking like this?. I normally keep my hair in a tight pony tail with some gel to keep it from frizzing out because I think my hair looks pretty horrible down, but today I didn't have time to put it up and went out like this and actually got a compliment when I was expecting people to think I looked horrible. Also with this hair type what sort of options do I have?

The tl;dr is that you quite simply don't.

The only way you could achieve anything close to that effect is through using a straightener (and I mean a GHD at the very least if you have thick curly hair) and some hardcore pomade. Even then it probably won't look great and you'll destroy your hair in the process.

In need of some advice. I have a heart shaped face, fine, moderately thick hair, and can only grow sideburns.

I am thinking of getting rid of the sideburns, getting the back and sides shaved off, but still keeping the side fringe at a moderate length. Thoughts/Advice? I don't really know what to do, and my research hasn't been that informative.

I was letting my hair grow for like 4 months now so i could use an Undercut.

Now i can "somewhat" use one, but only with the hair to left or right, never back (hair just doesn't go back).

Front pic (un-combed) and 3/4 pic (dat dere volume).

The question is: Which hairstyle can i pull it off with my actual hair? (That matches with my head form). Thanks!

PS: Bulking now, so my jaw is somewhat rounder than before.

Non /fa/ here. What the hell should I do with my hair in addition to short back and sides? Shampoo always leaves my hair in this shapeless, fuzzy mass.
Hair is slightly oily, but my scalp is dry as hell.

you dont have to have thick hair. that guy in pic doesnt. wet your hair and dry so its damp. rub in a de frizz/ smoother type product. comb thru. rub a small amount of creamy pomade into hair. comb thru.

heres the key: comb your hair the opposite way to the side you wear it on. so if your part is on the right side of your head. comb over to the left. allow to nearly dry and then use a hair dryer to finish. run hands thru hair in the direction opposite your part. this will 'train' your hair to want to fall to this opposite side of your part for the day. i use hair spray as i am drying to give extra hold and volume. dont use cheap hairspray. something around $20.

when you go to style you hair for how you will be wearing it for the day it should have a lot of height. style as normal and finish with hairspray.
