Have clothes that fit at the shoulder, and by that I mean truely fit not 2-inches-too-short-fit.

Choose tshirts with average short sleeves or long sleeves, too short and its like you're trying to show off.

Shirts also.

The idea is that you dont want to wear skintight anything or it looks like you're trying to say to everyone you're fit.

i think the general "rule" for anyone is dark pants with a basic top. h&m or asos is a good bet, asos basic tees are SIGNIFICANTLY more bicep fitting so if you're super ripped youll probably tear them..
