Is a boot with stitching around the sole always better quality? It seems to be a feature mainly of good shoes but I've seen some cheaper ones with it too.
Does it indicate anything about how the shoe was made, or is it just an aesthetic thing that generally indicates quality, like button cuffs on a suit?
