There was never a Jil Sander + Uniqlo collabration; she designed a capsule collection when she was their creative director that was separate from the general Uniqlo stuff. Also, she quit, so it's not going to happen again (which is obvious given that the last collection was a few seasons ago). +J was great as a basic staple, especially the winter stuff. But the quality was not noticeably better than regular uniqlo. They corrected this a little bit with the UU collection. The issue is that +J didn't sell nearly as well as uniqlo had hoped, I fear UU might have been a similar story because Uniqlo have not announced any new collabs with designers, you'd think after Jil Sander and Undercover they would have introduced another line... so the only real explanation would be economic.

i got the color block black and white tee. most everything was sold out. most things left were large and above sizes. the mixed media button ups had really cheap jersey sleeves. it was almost sheer in the white one. had a strange 'vest' type feel. small size could work if i never washed it, medium was to big. model shots of it definitely have it clipped in the back.

i wanted the trench, but didnt even bother trying it on after seeing it in person. the shoes looked of terrible quality. the color block sweater had a baggy silhouette even for the M size for my 6'2" 145 lbs frame. it was disappointing as I was hoping to get some admittedly low quality stuff with a good cut for cheap.

The sweater was way too big for a small. The fits on the shirts felt like vests with the cheap sleeves as someone above pointed out. The shoes felt, looked like, and were total shit. I didn't try on the trench, don't need one, but it looked alright. The backpack, bags, were sold out by the time I got there.
