I've carried that same USB stick on my key chain for over a year. The other day I dropped my keys on the floor and the actual chip part (plastic and contacts) popped right out. Had to search for it on the ground. Good thing it was at home and I didn't have any sensitive data on it.

It looks more durable than it is and it gets hot as fuck when plugged in, too.
