wanted one. Now I really don't anymore. It's another trend because people are excited for winter, I think. Not to say they aren't useful if you live in a cold area, but there are other options and I feel like everyone will look the same in their olive jackets, so I decided not to partake.

Those are too streetwear for me. I opted for a back cotton bomber and a black waterproof harrington. If I really needed some warmth, an anorak would have been my choice. They're trending a bit more quietly and are less bulky.

it's really difficult to find one for $100, even though it shouldn't be. haven't seen anything decent for that price. the ace hotel and carhartt wip olive parkas are going for $300, and they really seem like the only decent entry level options. I could definitely HM/Zara/etc dropping something for around 100 or just under in the near future.

Yeah Alpha Industries is notoriously loose fitting. It's only $50 so it won't be crushing if it doesn't fit. I was considering getting the khaki in M, maybe S. I already know how I would wear it.
